Fire Department Rating Improved in The City of Campbell, Ohio

Fire Station

It was just a few years ago that the rating for the Fire Department in the City of Campbell was down graded. The rating change affected all insurance consumers in the City of Campbell when the Protection Class for the municipality was raised to 10. The lower the number for the protection class indicates a better ability for a fire department to respond to a call. Ten is the highest or worst rating that a municipality can have. With a protection class of 10 most homeowners were forced to pay premiums that were twice that of normal. Since the down grading the administrators for the city have taken the appropriate steps to correct the situation and the Protection Class of Campbell has been returned to a 6. This change will bring much lower insurance rates to the residents of Campbell. This change is in effect now the Spring of 2013.
